Which means expired na yung ID's ni first owner bago ma punta sakin yung unit.

My quesiton po is magkakaroon po ba ko nang problem sa pagpapa close deed of sale non dahil nag expired na yung pirma ni first owner?

PS: yung motorcycle is bought ng 2021 and is registered and has original OR/CR and yung license indicated is nag expire nung 2022.

    Thank you po in advanced
    errr, from what i understand,
the pirmas do not expire, po.
it is the ID coupled therein, that expires.
the expiration date is on the ID itself.

from our experience (we sold the car some years ago, with then-valid IDs),
come the time buyer wanted to transfer ownership to his name, expired na the IDs; he came over to ask for new, un-expired ID xeroxes + signatures.

expired registrations will need to be updated, i.e., you will have to pay for the years vehicle was not registered + penalties.
buyer can use it as leverage, for more discounts.

second and third and fourth ownerships is fine, as long as the original deeds of sales + valid IDs, from one seller to the next buyer, are included in the documentations.
changes of ownership, however many they may be, must be documented without any break.
pareho lang yata ang singil, regardless of how many previous owners the vehicle had.

    good luck.
