Blank ung plate number sa dalawang CR.

Baka nga yung swap ng actual plate could work, pero i am not sure baka magka-conflict sa ibang numbers and records.

Mas ok siguro kung macorrect na lang ung OR.

go to lto and inquire which plate number is which.
for all you know, all you need to do is to switch number plates.
