    i bought the car with a open deed of sale but nabasa siya and lost it, the 2nd owner also dont have a copy of open DOS only or/cr but i cnt contact anymore i want to change owner isasabay ko sa renew any adviced,po

    Do you remember which law office was on the notary stamp?
    In theory you should be able to go to the law office that notarized the open deed of sale to request a certified true copy.
    Aside from being a witness, providing a verifiable certified copy of those important documents is part of what you pay a notary for.

    it was an open deed of sale, po...,
    but it may give you the contact address of the first legal owner.
