If you can afford the City VX, it's easily the best car among your choices. Actually, I'd go as far as saying that it's the best all-rounder subcompact available today. It has a decent engine with good fuel consumption, lots of features, generous cabin space, good resale value, and it looks nice too.
It's a bit pricey at almost 900k, but it's worth it. If you think it's too expensive, you may want to consider the City E. It doesn't have the fancy features of the VX like push button ignition or a high end touch screen head unit, but it still has the space, power, and efficiency of the higher end variant.
The Mirage G4 is cheaper than the City at 788k but it's also a smaller car with less power and space. It's very fuel efficient though if that's your main priority. It'll cost you the least in the long run because it's cheaper to buy and cheaper to run.
Personally though, I still think the City (whether E or VX) is a better buy. The new Vios 1.3 E with the updated engine and transmission is a good choice too if you're not a fan of the City E.

September 15th, 2016 07:03 AM #100^^di ka naman magkaka mali sa jazz at city. Preference nalang magkakatalo yan. Advantage nya over city is from the inside pwede kunin ung mga gamit na otherwise sa trunk nakalagay, na dimo magagawa with a city/sedan. May pagka binata car din yan lol you dont lose pogi points haha
