May 11th, 2018 05:02 PM #102I am reviving this thread guys. Right now I have a budget of 120k, mind you, I just need something basic. Now, here are my ideas:
1. Buy a GLI Corrolla bigbody/Lovelife (due to its widespread market for parts that is why I chose a corolla) for about 80k to 90k and dedicate the rest of the budget for repairs and maintenance
2. Buy a unit of a more recent year for exactly 120k
3. Either way, what is the best unit at this price point?
I know the amount is not much, but its all I have. Thanks to those who will answer.

You wont go wrong between toyota corolla and Mistu Lancer (itlog or pizza). Tried and tested models, Plenty of parts available, with a price point well within your budget.
Another option is to buy brand new, affordable models (Vios, Avanza, Mirage, wigo). use your current savings as DP for the BN car, and enjoy it (headache-free) for the next 5 to 7 years.
Sobrang luma na din kasi ng mga models na target mo. Baka mamaya mas madalas pang nasa talyer yung oto mo, di mo rin magamit.
Goodluck on choosing sir!
