Gapang bass is more of a characteristic of proper box design rather than the subwoofer driver itself. Google "ported box tuning" for more information.

As for which drivers, 4x12 will win over any single 15 incher hands-down. You can move more air while the drivers has less vertical excursion - this is the huge advantage of more surface cone area. The question now is whether you can properly provide ample power or not.

JBL GT5 subwoofers are actually very good. A lot of their features are trickle-down features from their highly rated GTi W12 subwoofer. You're getting a lot for a cheap price and it's one of my favorite budget subwoofers in a decibel match.

sir re. JBL GT5 CAN i pair a 10" GT5 at isang 12"? yung 10" sa gitna nakalagay yung 12 sa Harap...

Something like 500W upwards is preferred. I believe busog na yun GT5 with around 300W of power.

And you can always pair any subwoofer naman eh. There's no such thing as impossible in pairing 10" sa 12" although going 2 10" and 2 12" for uniformity's sake is also better for the eyes.

As for the dimensions, can't help you there. Try googling a ported box calculator since that's how shops compute theirs (and through their experience)
