audio set-up for beginners [continued]

need your help sirs and thank you in advance

i just recently upgraded my audio setup
from JBL gto509c seps ,Pioneer 295bt and no amplifier

i got focal ps165f for seps
hertz hcp 4 amplifier
retained my pioneer 295bt

the issue is, i hear pops from time to time
the gain on my amp is at 11 oclock
and my stereo is only at 50%

galing sa old setup ko, i never experienced this
although nagimprove yung quality ng highs
medyo nakukulangan ako sa bass din

really a noob and im trying to really read up on these matters
pero malaking tulong ang opinion ninyo

Masyado mataas gain boss. Lower the dial and check wiring properly baka loose yung ground sa amplifier
