the amps cost 5800 each.


total labor inclusive of materials (plexiglass, auxillary fans, amp rack, lightning cable, efx wires and 2 neons etc.,) reached 13k. uhm actually, may discount na kasi yun sa cost ng sub kasi may box na.

My wife hates me right now. hehehe joke. actually she likes the set up a lot.

ILD, my amp is 4 channel and another one for the subs. The amps are low end jbls lang pero more than enough na raw for this specific set-up. I guess ung high end amps are for spls?

Nope, it really depends on the power requirement of the SUBS or Seps. Its a balancing act. Mmm... am thinking of getting the entry level JL subs kahit na 10" oks na siguro yun.

hello guys! after 2009 kms of driving to and fro Pagudpod via Vigan, here's my assesment of the system:

the Rainbow set-up is friggin Awesome. It's EAR CANDY. I recommend this wholeheartedly. the w6 is set up to really give out deep bass. Bagay sa House Music at Electronica.

My main problem is that I seem to be lacking midbass. (if there is such a thing I'be been listening to rock music for a decade and a half now. my system does not give me clear Bass guitars on almost all songs. Don't get me wrong, the bass is deep and huge.... but it's lacking a higher frequency bass sound.... so a Booom would sound more lik a Whooom. Bass guitar lines are kinda fuzzy.

I'm heading off to Mickey's and see what we can do with it I hope tuning will do the trick as I don't have enough space for an extra sub.

tuning lang yan bad_driver you can get the best of both worlds. pero siyempre, one has an advantage over the other and vice versa. set it midway para pwedeng sa kahit anong kanta. or ifyour HU permits, have separate EQ settings.
