From your description, it looks like your amp is overheating and going into protection mode. When you turn it off for around 10 mins or so, you give the amp enough time to cool down. After using it again for 45 min, the heat build up is enough to trigger protection mode. Yung V12 mo, orig ba o taiwan? And sure ka ba na class A and not AB? Try installing fans in a push pull configuration. One fan pulls fresh air in and the other acts as a exhaust fan. Computer fans work great, dami sa SOS. Or just relocate your amp.

I don't think its your alternator cause if its the alt, then your prob should be consistent. Also it should be giving you problems when you turn on lights, a/c etc..

Userfriendly, tnx for the advice. But it does give me problems with my lights dimming. Pag ma-bass talaga that is. Have also tried to mount 2 of my old 120mm fans in the amp, it didnt work unfortunately.

If I opt for the secondary battery option, how much would the improvements be?
