If you do not have experience in polishing i wont recommend getting a rotary polisher. A rotary polisher is a very powerful machine and poses a high risk of damaging paint if not used properly. A dual action polisher is a better and safer choice.

Ep802 is one of big rotary polishers in Shinemate lineup. Its the most powerful * 1050w. This polisher is designed for bodyshop use. See photo comparing shinemate polishers. The small one is their mini rotary. This what i mainly use for tight areas and paint jewelling.

Ok, but you said "a rotary polisher is a very powerful machine and poses a high risk of damaging paint if not used properly. A dual action polisher is a better and safer choice"

So what model of dual action polisher do you recommend?

Any decent DA should be fine . Porter Cable, Griots etc but these are mostly 110v.
Your next option is Shinemate. These are 220v and has local warranty.
The Shinemate EX series polishers are excellent. They are based on the Rupes bigfoot platform.
If you budget is not an issue , Rupes is the way to go.

PM me or visit my website if you are interested.

Is shinemate the brand carried by microtex? Not sure if this was the same rotary polisher i saw displayed in their booth at the recent auto show * World Trade Center

Are you referring to the Griots Garage 6 Inch Random Orbital Polisher porter cable and if it is why not so great?

I'm looking for car polisher na pang-compound, polish, wax and buff and also can remove scratches and swirl marks.

Gawin ko ring pangtanggal ng over spray na natira, nung magpa-repaint ako.

What do you have in mind for your upgrade?

    TIA

Actually dati gawa ko is, gagawa ako ng wash bucket and then iyon ang ibubuhos ko initially sa kotse since wala pa akong foam gun or foam cannon. Hehe that works too pero syempre mabilis din mag-run down ung soapy water.
Hi sir, same concern. Malakas naman pressure ng water dito sa bahay. Question lang po. San nkakabili ng ganyan foam gun. Thanks.

Porter Cable is a different brand from Griots Garage. Mataba kasi ung handle ng PC eh. So medyo cumbersome.

Looking to purchase ung Shinemate EX610. I think they patterned it after Ruper LHR MK 2.

I applied a Meguiar's Ultimate Liquid Wax right after a Carnauba Cleaner Wax, okay lang ba yun? Hahaha.

Then monthly re-apply the ULW then occasionally yung cleaner wax.

kung spray wax bro, may solvent yun so matatanggal carnauba konti, but it should be fine. kung liquid wax lang na applied thru pad , OK lang

Ensure to prep/clean surface before applying. Thin applications is recommended. Then apply another layer once last layer is dry.

Another option is gtechniq c4 permanent trim coating
