Removing CEMENT

how do i remove it?

i tried paint thinner and kerosene na.

wala yata ako alam pangtangal dyan eh. lam mo last month yun kapitbahay namin nag-paint ng bahay, yun ginamit nya na paint yung emulsion. e malakas hangin, yun dale kotse ko dami maliliit na droplets. di ko naman alam na nag-paint sila at tanghali na ko nagicing, tigas na paint. try ko wd40, thinner nila, wala din. only remedy was to sandpaper (#2000 ginamit) and then buff the car with rubbing compound. buti na lang sagot nila, pero manipis na paint ng car ko.

baka ganun din lang solution nyan. tiktikin mo yung cement tapos buff.

You should have clayed the car instead of sandpaper n rubbing compound. Di pa naman matagal ang paint so kaya pa ng clay yan.

cement is not as hard to remove as dried on enamel or metal primer... In most cases, cement can be scraped off lightly then removed using an acid like vinegar or diluted HCl...

If distilled vinegar does not work, try to use miratic (muriatic) acid. Dont' worry. I've tried it on an old ride. The acid won't ruin your paint. It will just soften the cement. Make sure that you rinse you car well. Oh, don't let the acid sit for a long time (max. 10 mins).

Clay is pretty much like modelling clay except that it is very sticky compared to modelling clay. It works by pulling the contaminant part by part.

a dremel with a polishing wheel will take it off. if its too hard you can use the brass brush attachment. go in slowly though

Sa Rustan's at sa Robinsons (Galeria), mayron. Del Monte at Heinz. Nagamit ko na pareho but, ewan ko kung imagination ko lang ha, pero I think Heinz is much better.
