I prefer to let the mods to do the talking. hence if the body kit does nothing at all for the car's performance envelope, dont get it. If you need the body kit because you need a new bumper for that new big intercooler, get it..

it depends... kung sa abroad ko gagamitin yong car... i would rather do the mods in the machine rather than sa body.... pero kung sa pinas ko gagamitin yong car... i'd better spend the money for the body kits for the reason that di mo naman kailangan ang malalakas na makina sa Pilipinas dahil wala naman tayong magagandang highway na tulad sa ibang bansa....

hindi naman siguro trying hard ang dating nun kung sa pinas ka... kasi it's part of the culture ng pinoy eh... kumbaga accepted yon sa karamihang mga pinoy sa pinas na mag modify nung katawan nung car...

    opinion ko lang...

in other words, ang tanong mo ay porma or makina?

same here. i prefer the sleeper look.
but personally, i think the mods that are really worth are audio mods.

agree po ako kay chieffy... nung bata ako at la pang alam sa cars, naaaliw ako pag may nakikita akong performance stickers... pero ngayon, natatawa ako pag nakakakita ako ng mga kotse na may iba-ibang stickers.. lalo na pag la naman connection sa mods mo ung sticker..

    it depends...

there all-out aesthetically modified cars that do look good! basta done tastefully it wouldn't hurt.

then, there are those trying hard wannabes. gaudy stickers, cheap bodykit, etc...

but i myself would prefer a stock car with a larger displacement engine (e.g. Accord 3.0L, Mazda3 R). these babies can still beat the sh*t out of those so-called "modified" cars out there.

i prefer on mods first than the looks.... as looks naman o porma yung SIR ko dati mas pinormahan ko yung loob. stock lang ang labas....

kung baga.. pagtinignan nila sa labas stock lang hitsura pero once na buksan nila yung loob ng oto ko... chechengg......**** tsaka when they popped the hood.. hehehehe IMHO

stealth for me. as far as the exterior goes, cguro a wet look paint job, 15" rims, and some decent yokohamas(none of that street racing stuff for me)...i'd rather spend more on what's under the hood

Well it depends on personal taste, but for me I prefer mods that are discreet and functional.

I've seen CRVs, XTrails, and Rav4s with these nice body kits... but what for? Why not buy a car instead? It certainly defeats the purpose of buying an SUV. No offense to those SUV owners but this is just a personal opinion.
