Akala ko kukunin mo yung local na G220... 13k wala pang pads... puro ginto daw sa loob. hehehe
If I need to do some more correction I might opt for the V 1.0 of the optimum compound and polish... ang mahal nung v2.0
may skil na 5k lang! with a 7 in backing plate... problema lang yung availability ng pads

November 7th, 2011 03:14 PM #455Try Auto Detailing Solutions - I like their kits better than AG's kits (sa AG kasi either 6.5 pads, or CCS pads, and usually both!
). They have this PCXP kit, which has the PCXP, a 5-inch backing plate, and seven flat 5.5 inch Buff and Shine pads (comparable to LC). Get the yellow pads for cutting, green pads for polishing, and black pads for finishing, glazing and LSP application. They also have a great price on 4-inch pads, less than half of what AG sells the LC 4-inch spot buffs.
Not with DAs here - the issue was with the DAs overseas, and the way the copper wire inside the power cord would sometimes break, so the tool wouldn't start. It's not a difficult problem to fix if it should occur, but they have apparently fixed the issue already (they pulled out all stock from all stores for about a month or two, and just recently re-released the machine). The DAs here, nung nag-EB, di gumagana yung 1-3 na speed setting, labo!
Pareho tayong nasa stone-age pa - di-kamay pa din ako sa lahat. Plano ko talaga hintayin yung Black Friday and Christmas sales, and to buy then.

thank you for posting the link btw. mas prefer ko talaga DA over the rotary. well obviously for a novice like me. yung mga Makita na rotary nabigatan ako gamitin parang nanghina tuloy braso ko, halatang walang exercise. i also noticed ang mga rotary talagang pure power pala mga yan.

November 7th, 2011 07:17 PM #457I'm of the same mind - while I don't doubt that you can cut faster with a rotary, it does take more time to learn; and for someone who's just an enthusiast like myself, I won't be detailing enough cars often enough to gain that experience, nor would the time-savings be as crucial. And yes, mabigat nga yung Makita, hehe

had that dilemma several weeks ago... DA vs. Rotary.
Chose the DA due to 1) user-friendliness, 2) versatility.

Kung walang spare tire, invest on a Inflator kaysa sa sealant. Inflate the flat tire +10 psi than...
Liquid tire sealant
