April 15th, 2011 09:03 PM #302Generally cars out of the casa come with bare paint - no wax, no sealant. You can wax a car as soon as you get it - paint is cured straight from the factory, and generally, a "new car" is not really new - it most likely has spent a number of weeks in transit from the factory to the dealer, not to mention the time it spends in the dealer parking lot. Go ahead and get the paint protection - always better to keep your car in good condition from the get go. Alternatively, you can maintain your car yourself - read the below thread to get you started on proper wash technique, as well as the basics of car detailing.

everything's clean. good job.
you could use the sun. include its reflection near the center of a panel, near the center of your shot. in the dark, the camera flash or your work lights. it's the definitive way to show your detailing project.
