Panget talaga Paint ng Honda... madali talaga mag-swirls.. as for the base color, nox yun...
NXT Wash
Clay
Speed Glaze
NXTx2 (mabilis mag-attract ng dust 'to)
Soft99 Gold (great wax... parang S100 na din hehehe)
used Rotary & ROP.. removed some products with MF
Uy... mukhang ok to ah, may binebenta dati si Vince na S100 1500 per jarSoft99 Gold (great wax... parang S100 na din hehehe). Subukan ko nga yung Soft99, but how long will this last? I read in pinas detailing na mga 3 months lang.
ILD: Durability ng Wax? or How long would one jar last you?
for durability, every week kasi ako mag-wax... hehehe I don't really know how the protection would hold up in extended periods of time..
If you use the ROP, tipid ka talaga sa wax. thin coats work best talaga...
as for Soft99, matagal-tagal na din na sa 'kin.. I bought mine sa Japan a few months back.. mga P1,250 roughly. ginagamit ko lang on a few cars, preferably dark...

what am using for applying wax is my microfiber towel. Pansin ko medyo nasswirl pag foam applicator gamit ko. Well thats for Liquid waxes havn't tried the microfiber towels on a paste wax.
Airshaq: Thanks for the info. Please share with us your detailing routine.

TIA & sensya 4 d many Q's![]()
Pwedeng pwede yung Microfiber for wax application. Thats what am doin now. I'm trying different techniques to apply wax as thin as possible. Feeling ko nagkaka swirls pag foam applicator...Originally Posted by aann
there are some good foam applicators out there.. wag lang yung sa Soft99. panget yun.
if you're still wary sa swirls, go for MF... wrap your favorite MF around a good piece of foam. or, try to use a finishing PAD with a ROP for fast wax application...even & thin coats pa..
the thing with Zymol is that there are two versions of it out in the market. meron yung "affordable" price; the other one is the ultra-expensive line. Some people are saying that the cheaper ones are repackaged TW daw...bought zymol cleaner wax & zymol detailer (actually packed together eh) for bnew silver altis...
try to use it and give us some feedback.
ILD: DeWalt 443. Gusto ko yung bago ng Makita.. Rotary / ROP hybrid!

The polishing power of a DA and the compounding capability of a circular! Many car hobbyists keep a circular, or orbital, polisher and a dual-action polisher on hand because you never know what kind of problems you’re going to encounter when you detail your vehicle. It might just need a gentle polish or it might have a tough scratch that needs a stronger touch. The Makita BO6040 Polisher covers all the bases by switching effortlessly between circular and dual-action modes, so you get two machines in one! An orange knob on the Makita Polisher makes it possible to switch back and forth between dual-action and circular motion. Just be sure the machine is off when you make the switch. The speed control on the back of the machine allows you to operate at anywhere from 1600 to 5800 opm, no matter what mode you are in. Use the dual-action mode for gentle polish and wax application, and buffing. Use the circular motion for compounding and scratch removal. One machine does it all!
Best of all, when the Makita BO6040 is in circular mode, it still jiggles like the dual-action motion. This lessens the risk of producing swirls while still giving you the cutting power of a circular polisher. You should still take great care when operating the machine in the circular setting by starting at a low speed. We recommend 2 opm until you are more comfortable.
The Makita BO6040 comes with a one year factory warranty and a handy carrying case. It also comes with a wrench to remove the 6” Velcro backing plate.
The Makita BO6040 replaces two machines, making a great value. If you do not currently own a buffer, or you are not sure if your vehicle’s scratches will come out with an ordinary dual-action polisher, this is an excellent choice. Start out with the dual-action setting and a low-cut polish. The general rule is if your fingernail catches the scratch, you’ll need to do some compounding to totally remove it. If the dual-action is not working, just turn the machine off, turn the orange knob, and turn the polisher back on. The forced circular motion will cut the scratch down until it is completely eliminated.
Circular polishing requires some know-how. If you are a beginner, polish in the company of a skilled detailer. While the Makita BO6040 is a great machine to learn on, you still need to take precautions to avoid swirling.
If you only buy one polisher, make it the Makita BO6040 Dual-Action Polisher. This one machine will take care of all your detailing jobs, large or small, with just the turn of a knob.
mmm... parang walang handle ah, di kaya mahirap icontrol...
ilang " yung pads sa 9227C? I'll ask my friend about this new Makita model.

nothing wrong with that..![]()
TW was the licencee of Zymol for the cleaner wax. Last I heard, Zymol was never going to deal with such types again.
Swissol also was once a distributor for Zymol. Then they started selling dirt-cheap imitations which upset Zymol. Court cases galore.
Zymol markets a wide variety of products to fit many budgets. Their high end waxes are ridiculously priced though. Let the buyer beware, and always use good judgement in picking and evaluating any detailing product.
Saan ba pwedeng bumili ng Soft 99 products? When I went to concorde last tuesday, sabi nila they already pulled out soft 99 products from their shelves.
