bought zymol cleaner wax & zymol detailer (actually packed together eh) for bnew silver altis...

the thing with Zymol is that there are two versions of it out in the market. meron yung "affordable" price; the other one is the ultra-expensive line. Some people are saying that the cheaper ones are repackaged TW daw...

try to use it and give us some feedback.

3 months lang shelf life? hmmm...I've been using Rain Hop for around 2 yrs na... ok pa naman.

The polishing power of a DA and the compounding capability of a circular! Many car hobbyists keep a circular, or orbital, polisher and a dual-action polisher on hand because you never know what kind of problems you’re going to encounter when you detail your vehicle. It might just need a gentle polish or it might have a tough scratch that needs a stronger touch. The Makita BO6040 Polisher covers all the bases by switching effortlessly between circular and dual-action modes, so you get two machines in one! An orange knob on the Makita Polisher makes it possible to switch back and forth between dual-action and circular motion. Just be sure the machine is off when you make the switch. The speed control on the back of the machine allows you to operate at anywhere from 1600 to 5800 opm, no matter what mode you are in. Use the dual-action mode for gentle polish and wax application, and buffing. Use the circular motion for compounding and scratch removal. One machine does it all!

Best of all, when the Makita BO6040 is in circular mode, it still jiggles like the dual-action motion. This lessens the risk of producing swirls while still giving you the cutting power of a circular polisher. You should still take great care when operating the machine in the circular setting by starting at a low speed. We recommend 2 opm until you are more comfortable.

The Makita BO6040 replaces two machines, making a great value. If you do not currently own a buffer, or you are not sure if your vehicle’s scratches will come out with an ordinary dual-action polisher, this is an excellent choice. Start out with the dual-action setting and a low-cut polish. The general rule is if your fingernail catches the scratch, you’ll need to do some compounding to totally remove it. If the dual-action is not working, just turn the machine off, turn the orange knob, and turn the polisher back on. Circular polishing requires some know-how. If you are a beginner, polish in the company of a skilled detailer. While the Makita BO6040 is a great machine to learn on, you still need to take precautions to avoid swirling.

binili ko yng zymol sa True Value..forgot the price..sana ito yng ok..

teka lng po, panget ba sya if repackaged TW?

nothing wrong with that..

TW was the licencee of Zymol for the cleaner wax. Last I heard, Zymol was never going to deal with such types again.

Swissol also was once a distributor for Zymol. Then they started selling dirt-cheap imitations which upset Zymol. Court cases galore.

Zymol markets a wide variety of products to fit many budgets. Their high end waxes are ridiculously priced though. Let the buyer beware, and always use good judgement in picking and evaluating any detailing product.

Saan ba pwedeng bumili ng Soft 99 products? When I went to concorde last tuesday, sabi nila they already pulled out soft 99 products from their shelves.
