thanks, big help talaga ang step 3 at nanosliq...
natapos ko na i-clay yung auto, natanggal naman mostly yung mga watermarks pero may natira pa din, so i guess water etching na yun, would ScratchX remove it? hingi naman ako ng suggestion... hehe... one more, ano mare-recommend mo pangtanggal ng watermarks sa windshield? thanks a lot...

What can you recommend naman po na ibang wax aside from 476S na pupwede po sa maroon color? Yung balance of shine and protection hehe.

Tsaka pupuwede po ba kahit QD na lang (TW Platinum or NanoSLIQ) ang ipahid muna tapos 476 ulit? Garage queen kasi itong Vios lately. Hehe, tinatamad akong hugasan .

    TIA!

Go for 915. Or Klasse twins

I agree with JM on this, 915 would make your paint look darker and Klasse Twins would add more mirror like shine, if you want shine then i would suggest you put on a layer of 476 just for protection and then applying any nice shiny wax coating on top, afforadable alternatives would be TW Platinum, Nano Glos, for red i would also recommend Reflections

Most probably you already removed the embedded minerals deposited by the water marks so yeah the next logical step would be to use ScratchX, i would recommend SwirlX if its not bad though because ScratchX is quite aggressive, its true that you would easily remove the marks and swirls with ScratchX but you also remove more clear coat in the process

Default would really be his place since all the chemicals and stuffs are already there and until we find a larger place to accomodate all the cars then so far its his place.

I would suggest Elevo Watermark Remover. It's P280 only and you can find it in your favorite hardware stores. Just be careful in using this and be sure to wear gloves (the package says so) because this is an acid I think, judging from the smell.

    Alright! Thanks for the clarification.

That would be a cheap alternative to removing waterspots on the windshield, but thats just for moderate to light, for heavy duty ones you actually need to use a Glass Polishing Compound, and yeah the Elevo uses acid in their kit as with glass polishing compound, actually nearly all water mark removal system incorporates acid to remove water marks its just a matter of how strong the acid is, if you've tried the acid for aluminum brightener the one i think you guys used on the engine detail, you actually use the same acid for Glass Polishing

i'll first try chicks suggestion, if not you might need a glass polishing compound, don't use rubbing compound it can cause visual problems
