Yes it is locally available but the price is costly...I manage to order it from the website ( Singapore ) and it took me 2 and a half weeks in postal courier (EMS) for just Php 1,050.00 thru paypal.

I can only say wow...all the scratch were gone from my 6months old SUV. Napagtripan kaseng gasgasin from the front passenger door up to the rear door.

Its nice to come across someone with the same passion with cars as you. And i would understand if you would want another gallon of ONR and OCW since they really are great products.

Usually i get my order from Autogeek. I usually wait for the promo to appear and use the coupon code. From there its either i have it shipped directly to me if its a small package, or i have it shipped to my friend in California and wait for 1 Balikbayan box to be full and have it shipped via Balikbayan box.

Sad news is that lately i promised my BF that i would spend a lot less in terms of buying detailings materials since last year i already had 5 Balikbayan boxes full shipped here all detailing materials

I might actually have a box sent here around mid to late this year, my box is only 1/4 full and im running out of things to buy and try, but it might take some time. My friend is actually a distributor of OPT in california so i get some little extra discount from him but we just need to find someone coming over from the US and i too am looking for someone coming over sooner that those i know.

And like what Mau said, soft99 is a decent claybar alternative found in Concorde at some SM's. BB also sells a high quality durable claybar that lasts a lot longer than moms and megs IMO

*chickselog: just have PDR done on it and just remove the scratches with SwirlX and it would look a lot better.

*Lanchong: if you're getting my opinion, yup thats pretty much what i do. If the paint gloss and luster is still in good condition and you got lucky it maintained that way, you could actually even extend this to every 3 and at most 4 months. For waxing for now yeah but not during rainy season.

But like what Mike Pennington said, in no way that after you see the video or use a rotary for the first time does it make you learn how to do it, I would highly recommend you try using the polisher on old paint panels, you could these from body shops and once you get results then maybe you could try it on an old car, thats what i did i had my friends old cars brought over and used that when i was getting better results, But don't get me wrong im not discouraging you, getting the initiative to learn is nice and once you learn it thoroughly you would start getting fantastic results

MicroMagic has 2 new items thats worth its value

Item #1: 3 pack MF cloth, smaller than the usual 16X16inch standard MF cloth this one is at around 12X12 only, it comes in 3 different colors per pack, each pack has a green, orange, and blue cloth which would be good for color coded MF cloth usage, you could dedicate which cloth colors does what as to avoid cross contamination, its thickness would be a lot thicker than most cheap MF cloth alternatives like High gear of Robinsons, its a little thicker than I-Clean my current favorite cheap MF towel brand and its also a little thicker than Microtex Ultra, i know the size is smaller but hey 3 pcs for 88 pesos? i think that would be a good deal hehe, i've tried it already when i got some earlier samples and it does a decent job of removing wax and washing the car without scratching it, but be sure to remove the tag though as with all MF cloth's

Item #2: 4 pack Foam Applicator, its foam applicators are a lot thinner as compared to SM Arnolds and Meguiars Foam applicators and it has a different density, its slightly tougher and its construction isn't as perfect as the more popular brands in terms of shape, its not perfectly flat, but when i got the early samples and used it, it still does a good job in spreading waxes, its a little thin though so you have to go easy on the pressure but the good side with thin is that it doesn't absorb much waxes. Think of it as a disposable foam applicator. i tried it on a newly polished paint with some TW Super hard shell ( this is what i use to test for foam scratching ) and it did not scratch the paint.

Sabi ni MOMSPH mas concentrated daw ung carnauba content pagka paste so mas makintab and kahit konting product lang malaking area ma cocover ng paste . Prob lang sa paste eh mahirap i spread and mas maganda kung machine applied sya.

*jmpet626: adding both would not result to a lot of difference, you can barely notice it. 845 is actually already a good wax in terms of looks, pretty much at par with mothers step 3 IMO if not only a little less. If you are after looks then i would say 845 first then Step 3, the reason being that this would bring Step 3's shine to the outermost layer and Step 3 does have a lot more deepening effect especially with darker cars as compared to 845, the trade off would be that the shine would not last as long since Step 3 IMO is not a durable wax, If you are after longevity and protection then i would suggest Step 3 first then followed by 845, your paint would look nice after you apply Step 3 but 845 does have a reputation of loosing its luster and shine after a few washes but the protection would still be in great condition even at this point. honestly i have never been really happy every time i try to layer 2 different waxes since the effects are not that compounded, you get more results with sealants and waxes, what you could do is apply 845 first for some long term protection and then just re-apply Step 3 for adding gloss from time to time, this way when Step 3 is gone you still have 845 as back up.

Oh yeah, someone from BB told me that 845 acts like a sealant because of its durability, so i guess in this manner 845 should be the first one to be applied if we are to consider it more as a sealant.

Lanchong: I agree with both SG and Jmpet626, in the case of Mothers Step 3 Paste wax, it is better in terms of shine and durability, the style in applying Step 3 paste wax would be to apply it really thin and sort of let the sponge slide on the paint, don't apply too much pressure, just use like 2 or 3 fingers, if you apply it thin enough it will make things a little more troublesome for you during applying but with the paste version it will make removal a lot easier, Step 3 Liquid is not really far down in terms of comparison with the paste wax, its just a slight notch down, and the Liquid form is a lot easier to apply, but the bad thing with the liquid is that if you apply too much it tends to gum up the MF cloth, which sometimes could be a PITA to remove. Another advantage of paste is that it doesn't powder as much as the liquid, and yes in my case the paste version once applied really thin can cover more cars than the liquid by at least 50% more, sometimes even 100% more than a bottle of liquid.
