if car wash lang walk-in na lang if wax or hd wax pwede mo pa schedule kay steve para mas mabilis. but detail and other service na alam mong matagal better have an appointment.

Good Afternoon!

Here's my experience with the two shops.

I'm new with car maintenance and has been going for a month (3-5X) with Big Bert's since based on google, isa sila sa una ko nakita na detailing shop with good feedback. I've tried Hillsborough once pa lang, I was curious sa comparison and comments na nababasa ko so I had to try it.

Note: Opinion ko lang po ito, solely based on my observation. I am no expert whatsoever.

Big Bert's - Ortigas Home Depot
Hillsborough Car Spa - Eastwood.

Price:
Big Bert's - 100Php for premium wash
Hillsborough - 200Php for premium wash and vacuum

Hillsborough asked for 200 Php for it but only states 150 Php in their site. Hindi ako nanghingi ng receipt so I can't prove this.

Location
Big Bert's medyo madali hanapin based on the address plus the pictures of the shop found on their facebook account, helpful din kasi mga guard/parking attendant. Hillsborough medyo nahirapan ako, I tried waze app pero it wasn't that accurate it brought me to the chapel (hindi lang yata marunong or hindi lang talaga accurate GPS).

Another thing I noticed is how professionally looking Big Bert's shop is with their 2 floor structure with lounge and roll up doors. The shop was divided by a wall into two, a wash or wet section that can accommodate two cars and a dry section for the drying/waxing/buffing activities. The dry section is lighted with what seems like UV lamps (i'm not sure, it looks violet) and has a curtain like set up to neatly align the wiring and cords used for their equipment.
