I agree. If someone would complain, make sure the details are complete. Or almost, that is. To remove any doubts from the receiving end.

A 4 month vehicle can accumulate swirl marks and scratches, heck.. even on a 1 week old vehicle can be subject to detailing if the paint is already bad due to abuse.

If the story is true, kindly complete the post with minimal rage and let bbpd-araneta handle the issue professionally. Who knows, you might even avail a free carwash. If it's just a made up story to put a stain to BigBert's credibility then save your time and shut up.
