sir impulzz, mukhang kailangan din yata re-orient ang mga crew lalo na sa wash area. Two weeks ago, nagpa car wash din ako sa ortigas napansin ko 1. masyado madiin hagod ng wash mitt, 2. parang 3 beses lang yata nilublob sa shampoo ang wash mitt. Baka ito ang dahilan kaya nagkakaron ng swirls?

Thank you sir.. I'll go back this Friday before kayo mag christmas break. Went there last saturday for another car wash kaya lang umulan right after mahugasan ng auto ko. (and hindi pdin pinupunasan uung inside part ng mga windows ) and probably next month i'll avail a wash&wax session..

mula nung binili ko kotse ko sa bigberts na ako nag papa carwash. may kamahan sabi ng iba, pero ano ba ang 200 diba?? DISAPPOINTED lang ako kasi hindi nalilinis ng maayos. hindi hinuhugasan ng maayos, basta mabasa at madampian lang ng sabot at washcloth at bumula okay na sa mga car wash boy. nung nag reklamo ako sa manager ang sagot sa akin "MAG PA DETAIL DAW AKO" e brandnew kotse ko!!!! wala pang 4 months, yan sasagot nyo sa akin??? may I ask what is your car model so I can investigate further? We don't usually recommend an exterior detail unless necessary. Medyo kulang kulang ang kwento mo. Ano muna ang nireklamo mo? We only recommend an exterior detail if the car has lots of swirls, grimes and minor scratches. Kahit anong carwash na service hindi matatanggal ang swirls and scratches.

Perhaps the complainant should send a PM of his details (car and when he went to Big Berts) to bbpd-araneta so they can look into the allegations.

We only recommend an exterior detail if the car has lots of swirls, grimes and minor scratches. Kahit anong carwash na service hindi matatanggal ang swirls and scratches.

I agree. If someone would complain, make sure the details are complete. Or almost, that is. To remove any doubts from the receiving end.

A 4 month vehicle can accumulate swirl marks and scratches, heck.. even on a 1 week old vehicle can be subject to detailing if the paint is already bad due to abuse.

If the story is true, kindly complete the post with minimal rage and let bbpd-araneta handle the issue professionally. Who knows, you might even avail a free carwash. If it's just a made up story to put a stain to BigBert's credibility then save your time and shut up.

Tama ka dyan. When we got the Altis from Toyota, it was delivered with the courtesy swirls. I washed, waxed and put paint protection as soon as i got home.

When i went in for the 1,000kms PMS, i gave specific instructions not to wash the car after (the SA put a note on the steering).

Went to Big Bert's Araneta yesterday to have my car washed. Triny ko lang. The service was great, better than Checkered *Tutut* and Buff'N'*Tutut* pero ang sungit ata nung supervisor doon. Baka kasi humabol pa ko sa lunch break nila. Mehehehe next time balik ko oto ko papatanggal ng eyesores. :D

Hi just a quick inquiry on the optiguard program, after i finished the 1 year session do i need to re-apply another year of optiguard session? Meaning that it is recommended to have optiguard sessions 3 times a year?
