Thats a fact.

In our country - there is quite a contrast. We have the best laws... and also the best Law breakers.

Those who are getting executed are not the corruptors... The crooks are even placed under heavy security... ironical in itself actually.

If ARMM is indeed autonomous - then let Sharriah Law prevail there and let them stone these guilty parties to death. Democracy is more favorable to criminals. This is a weakness in the system that perhaps - can be used as an advantage.

The good needs to make themselves stronger ( tactically and technically ) so they can take full advantage of this Government loophole.
