yup accumilated rust.. kung may time ka, pa- top and bottom overhaul mo yang radiator mo (genaral radiator overhaul)
depende sa size, 900 to 1500 lang yun... kaysa naman maging cause pa yan ng overheat mo....which can lead to bent cylinder head...

Putik? Kulay Milo?

But it might not be enough to remove the rust that have accumulated at the bottom of your radiator. Think of mud that has time to thicken over time. A simple hose with running water will not be enough to remove it.
Rust might also be clogging the small passages of your radiator fins so an overhaul would be needed to clear them of these rust deposits.
