I believe the video also told that there are still cancer-causing agents even if not parked under the sun (for e.g., at night). hence, at night, the windows should be open by the time you switch on the AC.

    what do you think?

I would hope that most of us living here in our tropical paradise that is Da Pilipins would and should do this. It's just logical to allow hot air to vent out before using the A/C.

One thing I won't do though is start the car and open the windows. The exhaust gasses will always find their way into the cabin.

It says on the video that windows should be lowered so that the air inside the car (while it was switched off) will go outside. The air that was stored there especially during high temperature is cancer-causing (the mixing of burnt plastics and other chemicals). How true is this?

    this is my opinion only.

it is probably true, the carcinogens part.
but as someone above already said, overblown.
you'd probably have to live in the hot car with closed windows, 24/7, for over a decade, to be even remotely cancerized.

The fried food we eat, the sugar-laden drinks and the proteins full of antibiotics will cause more cancer than any hot interior, tama po ba Doc?

    "i don't care."
    basta masarap.

    seriously,
if we think about the potential carcinogenic effect, baka back to cavemen style na tayo. as in, raw, free-range food.

Hahaha, so true. Live and eat what you want, we're all going to die someday anyway.

Besides, who wants to live forever anyway? Not me that's for sure.

    1. Get in

    3. Turn on A/C
    4. Crack open the windows, drive off, then close them after 15 seconds

I dont open the window. I open the doors to let the hot air out fast.

Yes you can use auto climate - mag full blast yan to reach the desired temp asap.

But high school physics will tell you that it is faster to cool a space with a temp of 30 degrees celcius air than one with 40 degrees.
