    Some pointers na natutunan ko sa Ceejays

    Importance of having a shroud sa area ng condenser fan. Lagyan pag nawawala kahit yung foam type lang para concentrated ang airflow sa condenser... and you also need to check kung malakas pa buga ng condenser fan mo

    Kapag nagpalit ka ng filter drier, it is recommended na magpalit na din ng expansion valve as precautionary measure. May chance kasi na yung dessicant na laman ng drier is bumara sa expansion valve.

    Invest in a thermometer... check mo temperature na lumalabas sa blower mo. Recommended is 10 degrees Celsius and below ang reading... kapag 12 degrees and up hilaw yan.

    Importance of checking your tint kung maganda pa heat rejection specially during hot months...

    High pressure na yan.. High side should read only 150psi up to 240psi

    Low side should be between 25-40psi--

    Paano po sir? Kagaya ng sa akin, ang reading ng low line side, ay 35 to 45 psi. Ok lang kaya iyon? Kung hindi ko pa ipilit mahingi makita sa pinagawan ko, hindi ko rin maaalaman kung ilan ang pressure ng freon na nai-charge sa a/c system ng car namin. Kapapalit ko pa lang ng brand new compressor.

    Sabi ko pa naman sa a/c technician kung pwede ko ba malaman, kung sapat ang karga o kulang ng freon sa a/c system ng car ko. Ang kinabit yung low pressure gauge lang, di pa kinabit ang gauge para sa high. Watching the gauge, while the pressure reach 45psi, the a/c compressor automatically engage. At that point, while the compressor is running or activated, it slowly decreases its pressure until it reaches 35 psi, and it disengage the compressor from running.

    Normal na mag disengage ang compressor kasi low pressure na. Hindi dapat bumaba yan sa cut-off pressure kung di pa malamig sa loob ng cabin.

    Dapat pirme ang about 35 psi low side & 150-200 psi sa high side with compressor running till aabutin ang cabin set temperature. Hindi taas baba, cut-in/cut-out ang compressor. Stand-in pressure dapat nasa 100-110 psi, yan ang pressure both low & high side at least 30mins after AC off. Pag di nakaka abot ang low side the most cause ay bara or defect ang expansion valve or filter.

    Put an Aircon thermometer-- kung NASA max ang thermostat mo it should reach 0-5degrees... Kung above 8 above hilaw yan..

    Yung reading mo is I presume dual condenser and dual Aircon-- kung single condenser and Aircon nasa weak side yung Aircon mo..you'll probably need to do internal cleaning of your condenser or replaced it with a Bnew one-- or check you aux fan first..
    Get an Aircon thermometer-- dapat between 0-5 degrees ang temp. Ng Aircon mo.. Kung yung 18 year old van ko-- nakaka zero degrees-- dapat yung car mo would yield similar results

    Pwede din ️Yun kung sobrang Taas ng setting ng thermostat nya.. Hindi pa lumalamig na automatic na..

    I think he just needs to adjust his Aircon thermostat...

    Single condenser lang po. Ang Pinalitan ng brand new po, ay ang stock a/c compressor at air drier (with sight glass and lo/hi pressure switch). Ang di pa napapalitan at still factory stock, ay ang condenser at eveporator. Wala kasi ako thermometer, kaya di ko masukat ang temp inside ng cabin ng car namin.

    Today as I warm up the engine, and observing my aircon. Minsan twing mag-on ang aircon, minsan may makita bubbles, minsan naman wala, sa sight glass ng air drier. Normal ba yun?

    Guys, pinalitan yung Magnetic Clutch Assembly ng compressor. Bumigay na kasi bigla na lang ayaw umandar nung compressor. Normal ba na maingay talaga yun sa simula? Gamitin lang daw ng gamitin bago pa kasi.

    Pinalitan na pala magnetic clutch, sana pinalitan na rin ang bearing. Ang bearing nagpapa-ingay at hindi ang magnetic clutch.

    Mga sir Anu pa po kaya sira Pag nag hi pressure pa din kahit napalitan KO na aux fan? Ng mas malakas? Yung pangalawang condenser lng naman po ung halos nakaka Paso Pag hinawakan pero yung isa Hindi naman po?

    puedeng ang drier.. puedeng kinakalawang ang tubing..
    puedeng... may duming bumabara.
    i would not have replaced my aux fan just yet, unless that aux fan had already proved defective.

    Bagong palit lang din po pala drier sir.. Tapos Pag buhusan ko ng tubig ng matagal OK na uli pati yung lamig niya

    Buong assembly na pinalitan, kasama na po bearing dun. Kelangan daw gamitin lang para kuminis yung clutch, sa una maingay pero maya maya humihina na. Pero kanina ginamit ko humihina na ingay. Ganito ba talaga pag bago?

    Buong assembly na pala ng magnetic clutch pinalitan. Hindi na rin dapat maingay yan, kung pati bearing pinalitan na.
