for the leak, check the glazing stores. most modern cars use urethane windshield adhesive/sealant. you can try the aftermarket sealants but the surfaces have to be free of corrosion, water and dust.
the usual cause of this problem is the improper use of garage jack where you have your car serviced when the shop uses a garage jack on one corner of the car. this causes the car's body to flex beyond its designed limit and the windshield peels off the window frame or sill

Never use silicon that smells like vinegar.. Its corrosive to steel metals.. Acid eats metal..
Instead, use polyurethane sealants like sika flex.. Its pricey because its oem specs.

Sa karglass sikaflex ang gamit alam ko nasa P800 ang charge nila kasi yun isang tube ng sikaflex P550 na ubos halos sa buong windshield yun.

If ever baklas-kabit nga ng Windshield, suggest po kayo ng place aside from Aguila. Pampanga po pala ako.
