Currently have the vk 70 installed full wrap no problem with signal. Though vk70 pinakamanipis sa mga vk series when i was checking it out
But honestly guys kahit full vk series umiinit parin kotse if nabilad sa araw
Plus points lang talaga uv protection and mabilis lumamig
Kahit vk40 i dont think the extra 3% heat rejection will stop the car from heating up
Got our new altis last friday and had it tinted last sat with OEM5 at rear windows and rear side glass, OEM20 front side glass and K28 WS at tinthub. Visibility is good at night. Heat rejection still to be tested kasi naguulan pa. Marami pa ring bubbles. Will wait after 1 week kung mawawala bago ko ibalik. 6k pala and cost.
Initially wanted all OEM series lang for uniform color but OEM 35 at WS is a bit too light and mababa na TSER so i optes for K28 na lighter shade than OEM20 but has a bit higher TSER. Reflective nga lang sya looking in front but visibility is very good inside.
Had a mistake of not asking the installer to remove the denr sticker on the lower left side of the WS. Dapat pala napatanggal na rin yun.

^^ Sir, anong K series pina-install ninyo? Kamusta na pala yung K37-K28 combo na pinakabit ninyo dati? Ganung combo rin kasi sana ang ipapakabit ko![]()
Mine is OEM 05 for wrap around while OEM 20 for windshield. I'm satisfied in general with the heat rejection. But I wish I decided on OEM 20 also on the wrap around. With OEM 05 on side windows, it can be difficult seeing outside at night and especially when it is raining.
question lang po nababawasan po ba ung integrity not sure ung exact term hehe. ibig kong sabihin noong bagong kabit then after 5 years same padin po ba heat rejection? TIA
regardless of brand, lahat ng tint ay ngde-deteriorate. so after 5 years, heat rejection will be lower than brand new. how much it gets lower depends na sa tint variant na pinili mo. as long as performance is acceptable, you can keep the tint. example, our 3M tint was fine for 10 years before we had it replaced.
hi,
I have the 3M CS series installed on my car (if i'm not mistaken, light on full windshield and medium all around; or medium ws and dark all around).
Having come from no tint on windshield, I've found it difficult to adjust to having tint particularly in basement parking, or driving at night especially if it's raining.
I'm thinking of having the windshield tint replaced with v kool. Is there such a thing as a "clear" V Kool shade, or do I just pick the lightest shade? I'm looking at the K series or the VK series, pero parang wala namang clear, just light tint. Ang worry ko, baka i'll end up spending tapos same effect pa din. Mahirap pa din mag drive sa gabi.
VK70 is almost clear and has a 94% heat rejection rate. Pwede na yan sa'yo
