Question po mga sirs, it is my first time to buy a car. Is it advisable na huwag i-available yung 3M tint freebie from dealerships? Because I have read somewhere na since it's free, "maybe" low-end ang ibigay even if it's a known brand. Though I will still have to ask my SA on the type of tint na ibibigay. Care for any advice? I'm willing to shell-out 6-7k budget for tints.

Haggle for the free tint to be replaced with another freebie like a better horn or visors. The free tint they will install will DEFINITELY be the low end type, I think it's the 3M FS series which tends to fade after a couple of years. Don't think they'll install the BC series. If you plan to install V-Kool tint, tell them not to install the free tint since this will add another cost of removing the tint, about 500-1000 depending on the installer.

6-7T budget is good already for V-Kool K-series tint.

Question . I have a sedan vios. That has magic tint 3m sa left and right side windows then sa front windshield platinum med black . Almost 10 years na yung 3m tint sa side windows at yung sa front kaka install lang last year pero di ako satisfied sa heat rejection . Im planning to replace my tint whole panel na . What would be the best tint for heat rejection? Visibility wise im fine with super black all over since im the only one driving my car . Im aiming for the better heat rejection esp pag katirikan ng araw hirap na hirap ac ko eh , please advice what would be the best tint for heat rejection saka magkano damage since i have tint installed already. Thanks tsikoteers!

Sir/Mam KrisVios, try the V-Kool K series. I suggest the K14 (dark bronze) shade all over your car based on your requirements. Damage is P6-7k.

There are 2 branches, Ortigas and West Ave QC, it depends on your location. The Tint Hub group is an authorized dealer of V Kool. Had mine done last week with K14 (darkest magic shade), parang bukas ang mga windows when you leave it parked under the sun. Warm but not scorching. Clear din at night but hindi ka makikita from the outside. Paco (main office) charges additional P800 for removal of existing tint, Tint Hub DOES NOT.

You can try VKool OEM5, yun yung super black nila. Entry level tint pero ayos ang performance, warm lang ang pakiramdam kahit tapat sayo ang araw. Di ako hirap sa gabi previously coming from medium black magic tint. Tinthub Ortigas ako nagpa-install. Okay naman sila.

Agree. Nothing wrong with the OEM series. I'm just partial to magic tints due to their HIGHER heat rejection because they're metallized. It's your choice sir KrisVios. All the best!

Ser may contact number ka ng tint hub? Sa ortigas ba yan?
So mga 6-7k nga siguro yung wrap around ng k series.

Sir rhadski, K14 po and OEM5. No pictures as of now. Try google images po. K14 is the darkest magic tint, shade is dark bronze.. Slightly reflective especially during midday but clear from the inside and at night. Privacy is also good, hindi ka na rin makikita sa K14. Higher IRR din than OEM5.
OEM5 is V Kool's version of the "manyak/limo tint". Visibility from the inside is slightly darker and greyish. Sa labas, black na black talaga. Has lower heat rejection than K14 but the best choice for black tint fans.

Sir back read ka po sa thread, I believe may nagpost na ng pics ng K14 a few months ago. Nagpost din ako ng sample pics ng OEM5 sa tsikot namin nung nagpatint ako nung March.

Have done my tint at v-kool main for my monty kanina. Vk40 dapat windshield pero not available at that time kaya vk30 nalang pinakabit ko with k14 wrap around.
Satisfied naman ako for the work done.

if i'm not mistaken parang all year round ang promo ng Vkool main hehe.
advertise sila example jan-feb pag natapos ung promo period nila mar-april naman or extended haha.
