Anyone here have 'V Kool' tint?

^sir bakit niyo pinalitan yung K series ng windshield niyo to OEM series? I'm planning kasi lightest K series sa windshield, then medium OEM series sa front windows, then super black na rest of the windows.

Lack of privacy at night. I can be seen inside my TB at night when I still had the K14 as my front WS tint. Aside from that, the glare of oncoming vehicles' headlights doubled. I've noticed it during one of my night trips going to Anvaya Cove. Those are the common traits of reflective (magic) tints.

^got it sir. How is oem20 for the windshield at night? Madalim ba? Im thinking oem35 might be too light naman. Sa rear windshield i guess wala naman problem kahit oem35 cause may parking sensors and i can roll down my windows.

Due for replacement na ba talaga ang SolarGard mo sir? If it's still in good condition, just keep it. The numbers are theoretical, but real world differences may not be that evident. While tint reduces heat passing through windows, a lot of the heat still get conducted by the metal body of the vehicle.

Pero kung talagang palitin na, then maybe worth a try para meron ka actual comparison.

I have the SolarGard Quantum and V-Kool K-series, so both are magic type tint. Comparable performance sa heat rejection, pero mas maliwanag ang SolarGard from the inside.

^+1. Baka ok pa naman Solargard mo and maging unnecessary expense lang yung Vkool, unless you want to change the shade of your tints. Sa heat rejection di naman siguro night and day difference if galing kang SG tints and assuming di pa sya due for replacement. Yung sakin kasi 6.5 years old na and tagos na init kaya nagpalit na ko.

Medyo ok pa naman talaga Solargard ko. In my case kasi nahihirapan na ako sa night visibility ng tint ko sa gilid gawa na din siguro ng pagkalabo ng mata ko. Gusto ko sana magpalit ng lighter shade. Well kaysa naman sa Solargard ipalit ko edi try na din ako ng ibang brand

OEM 20 is just right. Not too dark and not too light. Visibility is good

OEM 20 is just right. Not too dark and not too light. Visibility is good

Maliwanag pati yung OEM 5 from the inside, kahit madilim ang kalsada, kita ko pa naman yung surroundings ko hehe. Ako di sanay sa sobrang dilim na mga tints pero parang medium black lang ang itsura ng OEM 5 mula sa loob hehe. Nasanay na agad ako.

Hindi din kasi ako sanay sa madilim. Nahihirapan ako specially when making uturns. Or yung mga motorcycles na walang headlights. Yung sa innova namin ngayon super black na Platinum. Hirap sa gabi yung mga blind spots.

Maliwanag yung oem 20 nila bro. Pinalitan ko yung sa WS ng isa naming sasakyan.

Pinapalitan ko na yung 1.5year old 3m black chrome ko to OEM20 on my WS sa strada. Mahirap magdrive kapag maaraw, sobrang nagrereflect ang dash sa 3m BC. Satisfied kasi ako dun sa nakakabit sa everest ko. Sunod na yung sides and yung sa rear, may ginagawa pa kasi kaya di daw matatapos kapag pinatira ko ngayon yung iba.

Nagpa tint na ako ng innova. Oem 20 for the windshield and the 2 front windows and oem 05 for the rest. Mukhang nakalimutan palitan yung tint yung A pillar window.

Also, ang light pala ng OEM20. Halos konti lang difference sa BC35. Unless nagkamali ng install yung installer. Kasi sa 2 front windows, kita loob even without leaning near the car.
