if you find yourself being logged out, or the pages don't seem to update or reflect new posts/threads, or you suddenly find yourself in another member's account...
it might mean that the old pages are still cached in your PC's hard drive... you have to delete your temporary internet files and your cookies.
if you are using Internet Explorer as your browser, you can do this...
To delete a cookie
In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
Under the General Tab...
Click on Delete cookies
To delete temporary internet files
Under the General Tab
In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
Click on Delete Files
