if you find yourself being logged out, or the pages don't seem to update or reflect new posts/threads, or you suddenly find yourself in another member's account...

it might mean that the old pages are still cached in your PC's hard drive... you have to delete your temporary internet files and your cookies.

if you are using Internet Explorer as your browser, you can do this...

To delete a cookie

In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
Under the General Tab...
Click on Delete cookies


To delete temporary internet files
Under the General Tab
In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
Click on Delete Files

or you suddenly find yourself in another member's account...

don't worry, there's no security issue here. what you will see is just another person's 'forumhome' page, with his avatar in the welcome panel. this is just a 'cached' page and his PM and other pages are not accessible.

the 'cached' page is just like a photo stuck in your monitor and is useless.
