    Nag sign nga sila Sir pero ang pagkaka sabi nila sa'min eh kailangan na daw kasi nila ng service kaya nag quitclaim na sila pero hindi daw sila satisfied sa gawa. Pero ganun na po ga gawin namin pag hindi pa rin sila talaga na kuntento.

    May nakapag sabi nga po sa'kin na baka may bayad nga daw yun. So, may bayad pala talaga. Eh d bahala na sila kung gusto talaga nila, gumastos sila.

    BTW, their car po Dr. D is a Toyota Vios 2014. I don't remember lang which model.

    Kinda long backstory. Bale may na dali po kaming kotse and ang tama po is sa front bumper na may konting chip sa right fender. Since we were at fault at wala rin silang comprehensive insurance, yung compre insurance po namin ang ginamit. Though hindi namang pipitsuging shop yung pinag dalhan. Inexplain sa kanila nung shop na sobrang minimal yung damage kaya hindi inadvice na palitan pero ayaw nila pumayag kasi kung sa casa daw papalitan daw yun. Nagde demand sila na palitan. Parang hindi nila alam yung kalakaran ng mga insurance na depende sa extent ng damage kung palitin. Sabi namin sige papa palitan na pero magta tagal pa yung auto nila sa shop na dapat for release na, pero dahil kailangan na nila ng service ku kunin na lang nila. Nung na kuha na nila hindi daw sila satisfied sa repair, though upon checking ma ayos naman yung pagkaka gawa ng shop. Tinanong ko sila kung satisfied ba sila dun sa pina repair nilang gasgas na sila ang nag bayad eh wala naman daw problema dun, maayos naman. Hindi na rin nila niraise yung sa fender na gusto nilang papalitan dahil siguro na kita nila na sobrang ayos naman. Pero ipapa authenticate daw nila sa casa yung mga repairs sa bumper.

    Ang question ko is what if after nila ipa authenticate ang dami pa rin nilang reklamo? Para kasing ayaw nila sa hindi casa. Ang side naman namin is hindi naman namin sila tinakbuhan, insurance naman namin yung ginamit kasi aminado naman silang hindi nila afford magpa compre. Isn't that enough? Kung ako kasi nasa sitwasyon nila, I would've been satisfied basta maayos yung gawa. And the fact na yung dati nilang gasgas (na hindi nga daw nila mapa gawa noon dahil kulang ang funds) eh sa shop na rin nila pina repair at hindi sa casa eh okay sa kanila bakit yung sa nadali namin hindi.

    1) Don't talk to the third party, anything that anyone want, they talk to your insurance. Just submit your claim requirements and that's it
    2) If the 3rd party wants the repair done in a Mercedes Benz Shop... They tell your insurance, not you.
    3) If all hell break loose, let them suit, your insurance will take care of you.

    Simple?

    ^ thank you Sir. Definitely learned from this experience since it was our first time claiming for the third party. And hopefully we don't end up with number 3.

    akala nila siguro kakayanin nila presyo ng casa fender replacement, insurance nga wala sila pambayad eh LOL
