suggestion lang...tsikoteers are growing in numbers....sayang naman if through this misunderstanding eh magkagulo pa lalo......Moderators...hear the voices of your members..whether it be absurd or whatever you may call it....we surely can't please all people at the same time.....pakiusap nalang....make both ends meet.....otherwise....susubaybayan ko nalang ang outcome of this thread...hopefully it would be for the best of the tsikoteers......

mikmik ... kahit papano naman po nagkahingian na din ng dispensa ang mga taong involved kanina, halos lahat naman po ng suggestions and comments ay napapakinggan, sa larangan po ng isang online community, araw araw po ay may adjustment period, di rin po perfect lahat ng members or moderators or even admins, sometimes parepareho tayong may nasasabi na di natin alam na may naapektuhan. Sa araw araw na dumadaan, iba ibang klaseng tao ang nagpopost sa tsikot, iba iba ang mood at may iba iba ding pananaw... sa araw araw na yun may mga panahon na napakahirap magdesisyon patungkol sa anumang thread or usapan na minsan at pinagmumulan ng di pagkakaintindihan.

salamat sa inyo dahil kahit papano ay nagbibigay kayo ng suggestion at comments nang saganun ay lalo pa maimprove ang community natin.

tutal naman, mukhang natapos na yung gusot... lets all just learn from it ika nga...

again... pasensya na po ulit sa mga taong naging involve at mga naapektuhan...

and mikmik, please read the whole thread of shadow. nagkaron na ng magandang usapan ang dalawang partido at dahil mga mature na sila, they chose not to blow up the issue any more.

i would strongly suggest to just let it slide at wag na magpadala sa init ng panahon. hindi na kailangan palakihin pa ang issue.

kung may issue ka sa aming mga mods at sa tingin niyo eh napakadali ng ginagawa namin dito sa tsikot, libre po ang tumingin ng ibang forums kung saan kayo liligaya.

i agree and fully submit to this......huwag naman pong HIT and RUN just because somebody else is holding the key....kung meron pong guidelines ang mga hamak na members na katulad namin...e sana naman e meron din po sa mga nakatataas..ngayon, kung ang sagot dyan e meron...sana kasama yung wag busalan ang bibig ng mga miyembro...as long as wala namang profanity at abusive words na ginagamit....salamat po

Parang pag hindi ka nila kakilala pinagkakaisahan ka. Pag may nakitang mali ang mga members sa mga moderators tatahimik na lang ba? Wala na ba kaming karapatang sabihin ang mali ng mga moderators/administrators?

Sa akin naman nangyari o hindi nangyari ang gusot kina shadow at M2 matagal ko ng napapansin ang ganitong nangyayari sa tsikot hindi nga lang ako nagko-comment mahirap ng "mapagkaisahan."

Oh I forgot deleted din pala yung post ko na nakaapekto sa "tripping" nilang magpatakbo ng mabilis.

sir, I read everything that you wrote, but i highlighted the portion that stroked me the most. You've already stated your point and I agreed with most of what you've written, but the last sentence for me is a little bit harsh. I know that it's hard to be a moderator and I thank you for your dedication. I'm not here to pick a fight and If you're offended with what I've posted earlier, my apologies...and I guess it's ok for anybody in this board to say sorry if it's necessary, be it a frequent poster, newbie, old timer and even a moderator. peace!!!
