I wouldn't be surprised if they "outsourced" the planting of the bullet to a professional pickpocket.

kung modus yan ng security personnel, im sure they are aware of the finger print, malamang wipe out na yun, and/or they will use tissue to hold the bullet.
So parang he says, she says ang labanan, di ba?
Or could it be secret service testing our security measures in preparation for the APEC summit?
Possible, but why always bullets though. That sort of laziness i would associate more with local crooks than the secret service.
Also, i'd expect govt to separate the delegates from the general public, baka me separate lane/machine/etc. i wouldn't be surprised if they held up flights again like what they did when Pope Francis came/left until the delegates are gone.
One thing that the media seem to fail to report is are those bullets made of silver. Meron kasing lore na kumakalat ngaun, na the rapture daw has been opened and there are things going around, and that's why some people are keeping silver bullets in their bags (ala rosary) to ward of these belief
I can recall two times in history that these happened unofficially, in the 1930's and the 1960's . Naabutan nyo ba yun time sa Manila na lahat ng house doors may red cross painted in either red or black

Look: This is how paranoid travelers have become when passing through NAIA
By Coconuts Manila October 30, 2015 / 17:12 PHT
"Look how paranoid travelers are in the world's worst airport," is the caption Wilfredo Garrido used when he uploaded the photo above on Facebook.
While we're no longer the world's worst airport — we're now only the 8th worst airport in the world — the 'laglag bala' scam will surely make NAIA an even bigger embarrassment than being named the worst airport in the world again.
The smart passengers pictured above have gone through the hassle of wrapping their backpacks in plastic several fcking times and will go through more hassle of ripping it out again, just to make sure no bastard will be able to insert bullets into their possessions.
As we're all made aware by now, bullets have been strangely and mysteriously been appearing inside bags and luggage of innocent travelers passing through the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. It's happened more than once for it to just be a coincidence.
Victims of the scam have alleged that it's the airport security who've been placing the bullets in exchange for some cashola. One of the earlier victims, Lane Michael White, has gone on record to say a security personnel offered to help him in exchange for PHP30,000.
OFWs have taken the lead in calling on the help of politicians to end the scam. It's become quite an issue that look: Even Time.com has run an article on it.
Isn't protecting its citizens one of the government's roles? So how come in our beloved country, we need to initiate protecting ourselves against them?
