October 18th, 2016 09:50 AM #195hey guys.. asking for a friend
anyone knows sa meron monthly for motor near PBCom Makati? Ok lang kahit walking distance ng 5-10 minutes.
Sa Chino Roces near Makati Cinema Square kasi meron dun P600/month for motor. nalipat kasi sila sa PBCom kaya nagpapahanap na mura dun. My friend has a family and buntis asawa nya kaya mahal sa kanya yun P50/day dun sa likod ng PBCom. kung meron kayo alam na mas mura. please let me know.

October 18th, 2016 10:05 AM #196im not sure if this is helpful sa mga iba dyan...
Sa tapat ng Marvin Bldg sa Chino Roces may makikita ka na parang old volleyball court na hindi na ginagamit. Monthly parking dun. If I'm not mistaken mura lang yun bayad dun. So if you are near the area lucky for you.Motor nila dun is P600/month.
Here are a few things to watch out for kung kotse park mo dun
- Kung mag pa reserve ka the Manang there will ask you what time is your shift. Kaya kung shifting ka iba yun bayad.
- Yun monthly nya hindi ibig sabihin 24/7 anytime pwede ka mag park. Kung ano oras yun normal work schedule mo.
- If coding ka, hindi ka pwede mag park. (pero pakiusapan mo si MAnong)
Para hindi magulo kausapin mo ng maayos si Manang at si Manong dun. Pero it's best to speak with Manong. mas mabait si Manong. Better deal with Manong kesa kay Manany. mas money hungry si Manang eh. But the parking rate there is really good.
Lastly, they sleep at 12AM, better pick your car up before 12AM else 6AM mo na pwede kunin. Tulog mantika yun dalawa.. kaya kahit ano katok mo, hindi yan sila magigising.

For those who commute between Makati and areas with P2P bus services, my friends recommend this over taking a car on a daily basis. Those I know either take it from Alabang or Trinoma (with parking at Trinoma packaged into the trip cost).

Seriously considering this between Tuesday to Thursday...
Nagparinig na kasi misis ko na medyo galit ng malaman nya na more than 1k per day na ang expenses (gas, toll, and high parking fee) from Las Piñas to Makati [emoji29] [emoji16]

i do take the P2P from Alabang to Greenbelt every Monday (my coding day) and Friday (iwas traffic and hassle palabas and papasok ng Makati).
i just leave my car sa Sykes Parking area. The entire day parking costs 110 pesos.
mas nakakatipid:
Fare : 100 pesos
Parking: 120 pesos
----------------------
Total : 120 pesos
Kung may sasakyan:
Skyway: 164 * 2 = 328
Gasoline: 500 = 500
---------------------------
Total: 828 pesos
Iwas stress and pagod.
And also edit option is not allowed anymore
