Kami rin last week of November or first day of December nagse-setup. I have been persuading my wife for a couple of years now to buy a new Christmas Tree. I am not sure if I will be successful this year....
4000:play_ball:
last week on nov din. halloween decor muna pagkatapos nun saka magsesetup ng christmas tree...
Every year po kase, I really do sit down and think of different motifs for christmas lalu na sa labas ng bahay! People come to view our lights sa labas ng house and sometimes taking videos or pictures!
What I do is, I hire a professional electrician to do the layouting of the wires and cables for the lights. We measure the voltage and the capacity of the set-up. We even got a separate breaker for the lights just to make sure na hindi kami masunugan.
If you are unsure of your set-up, might as well hire a professional kahit isang araw lang. Show him your set-up at malalaman mo agad kung tama ba ang karga ng kuryente or hindi.![]()
a very good point LR, thanz.
iba na talaga ang to be sure to be sure.
a dedicated circuit breaker as over loading protection(over current) is really a good idea. kaya ok ito.
what i gathered sa findings sa xmas lights na ito that caused the sunog ay sabi doon eh sa lights mismo nag emanate ang apoy na nakatabi sa combustible na decors. that means na inferior quality yun mismong xmas lights that includes its wires.
tingin ko we have to be careful and critical to the quality of these xmas lights that we are buying for our xmas tree.

hindi pa kami. maybe after my son's birthday. that's after the second week of november.
Yup, did ours last weekend. It's a fresh Fraser Fir Tree from Home Depot.![]()
