Cebu Pacific plane overshoots Davao airport runway

kelan kaya paliliparin ng Cebu pacific yung newly ordered A330-300 nila? kay na kaya ng piloto nila ito??? ang current na common A319 / A320 pa nga lang madami na overshoot at blown tires incident almost every year ngayon days lang ang pagitan.

Madali lang ang transition from A320 to A330. Halos parehas lang kasi sila ng instrument layout sa cockpit. Mostly operating range lang ang pinagkaiba ng dalawang aircraft.

All A3xx aircrafts have similar cockpits. Not sure lang if same certification for pilots across all A3xx series.

Yes sir, mas mahaba ang training pag airbus to boeing ang transition mo since it's a 100% different plane.

naku pano na mga pilot ng cebu pacific lumalampas na nga sa runway ang A320 now magsasanay pa sa A330 tsk tsk tsk....sana maayos agad ng cebu paciic ang problem sa mga pilot / plane nila bago mawala ang mga pasaheo nila.

balita ko itong 1st plane for high-volume, short-haul international flights muna (hk, sing, etc.). the 2nd pa yung dubai. sa news ngayon 436 seater daw to, 4 short of the max of 440 ayon sa wikipedia. good luck na lang sa legroom!

Ano conduction sticker number niya? Baka hindi alam ng 5J kelangan na i-paskil habang wala pang plate number at yan yung basis ng color coding. Malupit pa naman yung mga buwaya sa Pasay. :D

For the first few hours of the flight okay naman. Basta don't forget to stand up minsan to stretch your legs. Ang worry ko lang is yung lapad ng seat. Pag may nakatabi ka na mataba isusumpa mo yung 8 hour flight na yun. Haha!
