    yung dating 418 promo to the US is now 668, excluding government taxes. What taxes are these? Isn't international flights not included in the VAT, only domestic tickets?

    2nd, at 668+, if they add on the 12% vat, doesnt make it that cheap anymore, considering the dates for the flights are the low season period, so its expected to see $800 or so tickets from airlines like Cathay Pacific, which are mileage accruable, while PAL's 668+ is non accruable.
