As per mechanic sir, ok naman daw since no noise naman when in neutral. May whine lang when accelerating. Hindi rin wheel bearing, no noise when coasting in neutral.

Prior to the oil change, walang whining noise whatsoever? If so, are you sure that the correct gear oil viscosity was used? Is the gear oil level correct?

1st and 2nd gears share the same synchronizer hub/sleeve.....

eto most likely ang may sira.....

chipped teeth on the synchro hub, worn synchro,........

bottomline, remove and disassemble the trans for better diagnosis.

ibig nyo po bang sabihin yung bearing ng input shaft? input shaft yung nakaconnect sa clutch disc

or yung bearing ng mainshaft which is nasa rear part ng transmission.

kasi kung mainshaft bearing e lahat ng gears sana ang ingay. kaso hindi in your case

pero di bale, at least nasolve na rin problem.

My problem with our 2008 honda city A/T is there is loud vibration (garargal) in the left front wheel whenever i accelerate suddenly. Pag dahan dahan ang arangkada, wala naman. Could this be part of CVT problem that I read about this honda city model? Thanks in advance.

Does the sound change with speed? Ugong sound? Or tick-tick sound? Sound changes with steering?

Might be wheel bearing. Or it could be cv axle.

    Thanks!
when engine is idling, is there a difference in the sound of the engine/transmission if you press your clutch?
if yes and you already change/checked ur pilot bearing, clutch lining, pressure plate and the noise is still present, you need to change the main shaft bearing.

when changing the mainshaft bearing, you need to check the roller bearings of ur 1st and 2nd gear, this is the prmary reason if you hear noises in a specific gears. sometimes the is like a crying baby, lol
