I've just noticd lately that shifting gears on
my manual transmission 96 Civic is not that
smooth anymore as it used to be.
Parang "soggy" ang feeling, parang maluwag
    ang pasok ng cambio.
    What could be the problem?

Try to have your gear oil level checked or better have it changed. I hope this helps. Goodluck.

gear oil check o check mo yung turnilyo sa ilalim sa tabi ng muffler baka lumuwag na kay di ganon ka accurate madali makita yon higpitan mo lang it happened to me once dahil nababad sa baha at kinalawang kaya lumuwag.
just sprayed wd-40 tapos hinigpitan ko ak na ulit.

    Questions muna:
    3. Does it happen sa particular gear or pair of gear lang, say 1st/2nd gear or 3rd/4th gear lang sya sumasabit?

If your answer is YES - YES - YES...

...malamang worn out na yun synchronizer gear and synchronizer keys pare ko. That means your tranny needs to be opened for overhaul. Expect to spend anywhere from 3k to 10k, depende kung complete or partial overhaul gagawin mo.
