You're not moving fast? HOw fast does it accelerate and until what speed do you reach if you floor it? Has it always been like that? There is also a chance that something is wrong with the engine (MAF, turbo, etc).

November 20th, 2006 10:24 PM #16if im not mistaken, the patrol uses a variable vane turbine which lets it spool up fast and still have decent top end power. you can increase power by going with a larger intercooler, filter, exhaust and replacing the computer.
the computer will cost 50-60k but improves power a lot. the other mods will probably cost around that price din.

50-60k isnt worth it. hehe. from the previous owner the fastest was 170 based on the speedo. pro im not satisfied parin. I tried some turbo diesel na a/t nde naman ganun. anyway if wala talagang mura dibale nalang. purpose talga isn't the speed/acceleration - if so bonus nalang yun.
btw, once you're already moving medyo ok ok naman na. kakainis lang yung from full stop.

ganyan talaga patrol. without the turbo kicking in, it is just a NA diesel engine with a 3.0li displacement pulling a 3 ton body.
