    HONDA ESI po yung car, what could be the prob? ang lakas po kasi nung leak kung mapapansin nyo sa floor. the thing is di ko alam san nangagaling yung tagas spreaded kasi siya...

























    sana may makpag suggest sakin what to do or what to change... mahal ba pagawa nito? hopw much kaya abutin? and where thanks

    Baka oilpan gasket lang yan broTS, o di kaya oil seal....pawrecker mo kung diskumpiyado ka na baka di ka umabot kapag minaneho mo pa papuntang workshop...

    oil seal lang yan from where the axle (tama ba yung term) enters the transmission.

    ganyan din yung esi ni misis. nung nagpalit ng CV joint eh nakita nunng mekaniko kaya isinabay na niya yung pag-replace sa oil seal.

    usually kapag tagas, doon talaga main suspect natin, lalo na kapag tumatakbo sasakyan, mas malakas ang pressure....

    buti pa ang chicks, kapag me tagas, modess lang kailangan....

    mas maganda linisin mo muna yung mga tagas, add atf at saka mo paandarin. that way ma eliminate mo ang hula hula kung saan galing ang leak

    sorry for my ignorance pero ang oilseal or oilpan gasket san banda, san po nakakabili nito? eto ba yung sa takip ng atf? kasi nagpalit na ko ng atf yesterday eh... ang sabi nya natatapon daw yung atf due of vibration kaya spreaded ang tagas.

    ala ata oil pan ang esi (PH13/15)...im not sure though...pwede nga sir yung oil seal sa axle or sa loob ng torque coverter. open mo yung cover (yun lang ang natatanggal na parte ang atf sa ph13) me 2 #12 headwrench bolts na patayo ang position...

    Mas maganda rin kung mapapataas mo sa service station para makita rin sa ilalim kung saan nanggagaling ang leak.

    most likely dito galing ang tagas ng ATF.

    walang oil pan ang A/T ng esi. wala din itong filter unlike the newer models.

    this is exactly what i mean...problema kelangan ata ibaba transmission pag nagpalit oil seal sa torque converter. di kaya sungkitin lang (just my thoughts, there could be easier ways)

    hindi na kelangan ibaba ang transmission. nasa outer portion ng transmission ang oil seal so kitang kita yun pag hugot ng CV joint at driveshaft.

    kung sa cv joint side ang me leak. paano kung yung sa side ng torque converter?

    i'm guess there is another drive shaft on the other side (opposite the CV side).

    so access isnt that difficult if that drive shaft can be removed.

    sir the transmission where the torque converter is located has no continuity with either (axle) drive shaft. transmission is different from the drive shafts...

    and wala pong oil seal ang torque converter; front oil pump does.

    or kung ayaw mo naman linisin you can use dye tracer and uv light.

    had the same problem... had a leaking atf... had inquire sa mga semi cas around lowest 5k gastos for the reseal ng gasket and oil seal... la pa budget kaya alagaan ko na lang muna sa at fluid... wag lang matuyuan ok pa yan everyday check your atf level... tas after every ride....check ule...

    pero kung malakas na talaag tagas... no choice ka n nyan bro... soon ipapaayos ko na din to... ipon mode muna

    Yan na nga...jan nang-gagaling ang leak....sa axle shaft papasok ng torque converter....

    pacheck na din cv joint kung ok pa grasa.....

    doon yan sa axle shaft broTS, magmula sa gulong papunta sa gearbox....sa dulo ng axle shaft na nakapasok sa gearbox, doon ang leak nya.

    agree ako jan...maglagay ng palanggana sa ilalim ng tranny habang nakaparada ito ng magdamag..kung di naman lalampas sa isang baso ang naipong atf, dagdag-check na lang muna....

    pero in the long run, mas mabuti pa siguro ang iparepair na lang.....di ka pa kakabahan na baka masira pa ng tuluyan ang tranny....
