Thanks bro! Nakalapit na kasi siya sa left side ko nung bigla siya pumasok sa lane ko so kahit mabagal inabot ko pa din. I'm not sure kung di niya ako nakita sa side mirror niya. Probably nasa blind spot niya ako.

Got into an accident like this pero yung nag cut at brake yung nasa unahan nung nabangga ko. Sad to say ako ang lumabas na may kasalanan kasi ako daw ang nasa dulo.

Sorry TS but you nipped him already considered as the ends of his car. You opted to move forward and tailgate him instead of applying brakes to distance your car from him. If the impact was near the middle of his car then its another story.

Almost exactly the same scenario. But in my case, siya yung nag cut, tapos yung nasa unahan niya nagbrake.
