    on another note,
    traffic along pasay-bound dr. a. santos avenue, was horrible saturday! it was palpable as far up as loyola. i could have leisurely walked faster.
    does anyone know why?

    In Parañaque City, a portion of the Fourth Estate Subdivision on Dr. A. Santos Avenue or Sucat Road was also flooded, with the water appearing to have formed waves.

    Evacom-Gatchalian Avenue, Valley 1 to Doña Soledad and Evacom to SM Sucat were also affected by the flood.
