    back in the day,
    motorists were warned of traffic during the UPCAT.
    traffic would spill over to commonwealth ave.
    and if you think you got away because you were able to drive into the campus with your child-examinee, you'd find it was impossible to park and wait.

    Umiwas na kami dito and we're taking the Pasong Tamo route from Bayani Road. Mahirap na nga dyan with all three lanes open mas lalo pa ngayon na less than 2 na lang ang available.

    Malamang asphalt overlay lang.

    Pero meron naman quick dry concrete na tuyo in about 36 hours.. Iba recipe laban sa buhos na pang building.

    Reblocking means Concrete Overlay. The MMDA/DPWH don't announce Asphalt Overlays since it only takes a few hours to implement and dry the Asphalt.
    They have a special quick Curing Cement for the road and it takes just over 24 hours to cure and cost a fortune.

    I don't understand people who drive North/South on Holy Wednesday or Maundy Thursday when they have a CHOICE to go another day. Are these people masochists choosing to get stuck in traffic?

    My family used to go to Laguna/Batangas on Holy Week but this was the 80s/90s when there were fewer cars, ever since traffic got horrible, we stay in Manila na lang OR leave on Saturday
