i slex regularly.
sa dami ng rfid booths in the exits i use,
the slow ones do not bother me one bit.

carmona exit is notorious...

southbound sucat and southbound bicutan, are hopeless.
but i think it's not the booths' fault. the problem appears to be the congested roads after them.
