LTO 2600 is useless.

I know a car na a few years nang nire-repossess, LTO 2600 says "No LTO apprehension, no LTO alarm".
Another car na na-carnap more than 5 years ago. Properly reported to the police and everything. Hanggang ngayon LTO 2600 still gives the make and model and says "No LTO apprehension, no LTO alarm".

It's a good system in theory, but in practice there's no coordination between LTO and the police, the banks and the registry of deeds. Garbage In, Garbage Out.
