Isa lang naman ang way papuntang Vigan. NLEX-SCTEX-TPLEX then exit Rosario then McArthur all the way to Vigan.

Yes 7 hours looks normal especially if you're leaving madaling araw. Typically it takes me 8-9 hours pag daytime ang byahe including lunch break in San Juan, LU.

It has been at least 10 years since my 1st and last time sa Ilocos. Didn't drive since my friend brought and drove his car (Isuzu Crosswind). 9 kami nagsiksikan dun including our bags. Haha. This time 2 lang kami magexplore ng gf ko using a more comfortable car. Hehe

NCR lang ang rapidpass according to our HR

RP is now valid and honored nationwide. Pero wala pa akong nadadaanan na checkpoints with scanners in Laguna / Batangas. Siguro just in case lang (pero wag na sana please).

Depends. Nakaindicate dyan kung ano ang home location mo at office location. Kaya sa rapidpass application, pinapasulat ang farthest entry. Meron ako kilala from batangas to NCR nakalagay.

Sa kuya ko naman naka sulat N/A to N/A kasi anywhere within the country sya. Government eh.
