Student's license queries

My brother just got his student's license yesterday. Pwede ko ba sya turuan within our village? Alam ko dapat 'pro' or red yung license para pwede ka magturo, pero inside the village naman, pwede ba kahit non-pro lang ako?

Kasi diba, kahit nga wala kang licensya basta within your own village pwede naman.

if you go into a village and the guard on duty asks for your licence to get in and gives you one of their plastic cards.

yun lang ang instance you can actually drive in a village without your license with you.

Mga bro, question lang, What would be the legal age to get a student permit and the legal age for non-pro license nowadays? Was planning to have my daughter enrolled in a driving school so she'll be ready to drive once she's in college. But the problem is she'll only be 15 by then. Pwede kaya to? Salamat!

student license 16-17years old ata? (i'm not sure) sabi nila but 18yold sure ako, sa pro 21y old. pero tayo talagang mga pinoy kahit wala pa sa hustong gulang e. pede ng makakuha ng license. dito mga sa office namin meron mga drivers license wala naman silang car at hindi marunong mag-drive. hehehehe!
