it's not the motorist's job to find out if his vehicle has already been tagged.
it's the authorities' job to inform the motorist. and within a reasonable time! hindi puedeng, sa LTO registration time na lang niya malalaman na may isang dosenang kaso na pala sila...

so papano yan,
one has to look up the listings in each and every participating LGU's list?
mag-isip naman silang mga LGU.

problem eh marami position sa government ang walang naka pwesto.. kasi ginagamit nila yan sa declaration ng "savings" tapos minsan yung iba eh sobrang baba ng item / plantilla position.. ang liit ng sweldo..

Tapos meron pa mga repeat customer. Na tow na ng last operation, na tow ulit ng current operation. Parang they really have time to travel to Marikina para tubusin yung sasakyan ng paulit ulit. Not te mention how much each tow will cost them.

mahihirapan si car howneer.
nakaharang na kasi yung sala set or 'di kaya, yung washing machine, sa garahe.

ginawang bodega ng sopdrinks yung garahe niya.

Yung road namin dati clear, none of my neighbors park their cars on the street, may isang nagsimula kasi sobra sobra sasakyan, yumaman ata during Duterte's term (some of the cars are red plate) Ang nakaka asar yung nice cars nila nasa loob, yung nasa labas halos mabulok na kasi hindi nagagamit, Why not dispose of it then?!?!?

ganun talaga, tinatago nila yung yaman pag govt official yan.
the old cars outside may be there due to sentimental reason/coding car or being used for service.

Red plate cars are not supposed to be used for personal or private use.
Thou in Makati i remember Binay giving each brgy captain a car na red plate for their use.
